The unique and elegant design of VILLA VARNA is the work of architect Ivaylo Vladimirov.

A white house at the seaside with protruding balconies and pergolas which provide shade in the sun, high windows with olive-coloured aluminum shutters, a colonnade supporting the pergolas. The silhouette is pyramidal, retreats in height – one, two or maybe three floors.
The building is set in a unique location – near to the city center, on a walking distance from the beach, near the park, in a quiet and peaceful place, on a small street and has a magnificent view. The yard of VILLA VARNA borders the forest massif of Euxinograd Residence, one of the most beautiful places in Varna town that attracted in the 1880s prince Alexander Battenberg to build his summer palace here. The palace was called “Sandrovo” by the prince’s name. Today, this is the name of the street where VILLA VARNA is located: Sandrovo Street № 26.

Breathtaking sea view!

VILLA VARNA comprises four spacious and bright maisonettes and luxurious common parts. Each maisonette has a kitchen-diner, living room, two or three ensuite bedrooms, toilet for guests, big closets, laundry room and utility rooms, garage, parking space, WiFi, built in central heating and cooling equipment for each apartment. It is possible to install a sauna.
Each maisonette has its own separate yard space of approximately 130 sq. m. The exceptional opportunity for communication with the sun, water and greenery is incorporated into the villa’s design. The four private yards secluded in their greenery offer you quietness and coziness. In each yard is provided an option for installing a Jacuzzi. The yard of the building isn’t more than six hundred square meters wide, but you get the feeling it reaches the beach. The total floor area of the building is 650 sq. m. but the well-linked apartment spaces create the illusion of vastness.

VILLA VARNA is truly unique.
